Thanks to one of my favorite stores " Family Dollar" I found some great activities to do under $5.00. Our first activity was a complete set of glitter and glow in the dark Sand Art.
Instead of doing the activity inside on a nice summer day, we decided to grab a few blankets and do this activity on the lawn. I been trying to keep my child active, instead of allowing her to sit in front of the television all summer long. As we all should!
Doing this activity outside made things much easier! There was less work and less cleaning to do. Not only was it a fun activity for me, the kids also enjoyed it as well. I believe I scored that day!
